Rico Tours 2004: Semaphores in Lincs and Loco Haulage

In June 2004 I toured round with the aim of photographing some of the last few diesel loco hauled passenger trains in the UK. My shots include 47s on the North Wales line, 31s on the Manchester to Blackpool run, and 37s on the York to Carlisle via Leeds diagram, notably with 37042 in operation.

Other locations included Lincolnshire, with its fine mechanical signalling, Yorkshire and North Wales showing a mixture of freight and DMUs.
