DB's small class of 234's are being withdrawn, and Seddin's 234 180 8 was a welcome sight. It is seen on EC445 11.34 Gesundbrunnen-Warszawa Wschodnia at Kostryzn. EP09 040 took over the train and worked back towards Warszawa, Tuesday 18Nov08

Another 234 was caught by my lens, 234 551 0. It is seen at Fredersdorf S-Bahn station. It was cold and windy waiting for it (plus it was late) so I had given up to the point I was actually standing at the end of the platform when it came in to view. After a sprint I just got to the bridge in time! Train is D245 11.34 Berlin Gesundbrunnen to Moscow!
